Delivery of download items:
 
Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.

Download products are sent to you as data via E-mail within 24 hours after concluding the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

The customers can download the Download items via a link shared through email.
This email is sent with the access data for the Download within 24 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

The customers can download the Download items in their customer accounts.
This Download is provided within 24 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation). The customers are also informed about the provision via email.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition:

Only for products made individually on customer's request.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 10 days.
